All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include all applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion rates are estimates and may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.
2.2 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. You authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the total booking amount.
2.3 Third-Party Services

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation Process
To cancel a booking, please follow the instructions in your confirmation email or contact our customer support team. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
3.2 No-Show Policy
If you fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, your booking may be subject to a no-show fee equivalent to one night's stay or the full booking amount, depending on the property's policy.

RoomsTree acts solely as an intermediary between you and the property owners or managers. We are not responsible for any issues, damages, or losses arising from your stay at any property booked through our platform. We make no representations or warranties about the quality, safety, or suitability of any property. It is your responsibility to verify the property's amenities, location, and other relevant details before making a booking.
In no event shall RoomsTree be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
